Survey Results

A couple of weeks ago Mayor Corron asked Salt Lake County employees to respond to a survey regarding how the County should proceed in making budget reductions. The Mayor received over 2,500 survey responses and over 1,000 individual comments.

As noted , there were several different ideas and suggestions given to the Mayor. On Tuesday, June 30th, Mayor Corroon proposed several items to the Council, including a 1% COLA rollback that will affect all county employees. UPEA is opposed to cuts in employee compensation or benefits.
